These concepts of understanding and wisdom, while closely related, hold distinct roles in our spiritual growth. Understanding brings clarity to the truths we know, transforming knowledge into clarity in our minds. Wisdom, on the other hand, empowers us to discern truth from falsehood and to apply God’s truths to our everyday lives. Every day we are constantly inundated with information through our relationships, social media, and various news sources. This episode sheds light on how the Holy Spirit equips us to sift through this barrage of information and recognize the authentic truth amidst the noise.
Join us as we continue in Isaiah 11:1-3 and also unpack the promise found in James 1:5-8, where we’re assured that if we ask for wisdom, God will generously without finding fault.
