We have a lot of good to do in the world. God needs us to be his hands and feet. We can show up and do that work if we first show up for our health. Being healthy is part of with walking with Jesus and doing good in the world.

FITNESS
Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, and Endurance
Fitness is one part of the equation that can help us get to our goals. You may have a goal to lose weight or build muscle or gain flexibility and mobility or all of the above, or something completely different!
We focus on what scripture says about our duty to care for our personal health and this one body we’ve been given (Romans 12:1).
NUTRITION
Gut, Brain, Skin, Energy, and Mood
Nutrition plays a big role in the results of our journey. Your nutritional needs are unique to you.
Food impacts how we feel, our energy level, and even our emotions. It can be difficult to change our eating habits and battle cravings, but we can ask God to partner with us in this critical area to help us eat and drink in a way that glorifies Him (1 Corinthians 10:31).
MINDSET
Daily Walk, Scripture, Prayer, Attitude, and Outlook
In this community, we are part of HIS fit squad! We focus on walking with Jesus, leaning in, learning more, and meeting Him daily right where we are.
Keeping our mind and heart focused on Jesus keeps our attitude and outlook on the things from above (Philippians 4:8).
